How to Make Homemade Red Flip Heavens Chili Paste

4. Clean and air-dry the jar used for storing chopped chili peppers, then sterilize it with Shuanggou liquor. Pour the seasoned chilis into the jar, tighten the lid, seal the gap around the lid with transparent tape, label the date, and store in the refrigerator to prevent mold; this can be stored for several months as long as hygiene is maintained during operations.
