How to Make Steamed Egg Custard

Eggs(one (69g)), warm water(120g), salt(as needed),Dark soy sauce(as needed), sesame oil(as needed), green onion(as needed)

1. Prepare eggs and 120g warm water, eggshell removed (60g). Boil water in a pot.

2. Crack the egg into a bowl and add an appropriate amount of salt and warm water, beat well.

3. Use a sieve to remove any foam.

4. Cover the beaten egg liquid with cling film and poke several small holes with a toothpick.

5. By now, the water should be boiling. Steam for 10 minutes over low heat after placing it in the pot.

6. Pour an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce and sesame oil into a spoon, then drizzle over the steamed egg.

7. Sprinkle with some chopped green onion as a garnish.
