Black Pepper Grilled Meat Rice Recipe


Ingredients Introduction
Pork Loin(400g),Black pepper Sauce (80g), cabbage ( ),Salad Dressing( ), oil (5ml),Rice( ), garlic (1 piece)
Black pepper Grilled meat Steps to cook rice

1. Pork loin

2. Cut into pieces

3. Put in a bowl

4. 60g black pepper sauce

5. Pour over the meat

6. Mix well

7. Cover with plastic wrap

8. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 3 hours if rushed, taste will be different)

9. Remove from fridge

10. Unwrap the plastic wrap

11. Mix again

12. Garlic one piece

13. Chop into small pieces

14. Heat three ml oil

15. Sauté garlic until fragrant

16. Add marinated meat

17. Cook to eight-tenths doneness, then take out

18. Cabbage ( )

19. Cut cabbage into strips

20. Heat two ml oil, add cabbage strips.

21. Sauté until half done, add twenty grams of black pepper sauce, stir well.

22. Add the cooked meat back in,

23. Cook until fully done

24. A bowl of rice, pack and invert onto a plate, garnish.

25. Drizzle with salad dressing to finish.
Tips
1. Cabbage can be replaced with other vegetables. 2. If you don't have a squeeze tool for the salad dressing, place it in a plastic bag, tie it tightly into a triangular shape, and poke a hole at the bottom to get your desired shape.
