Qiangji Shou Rou Fan Recipe

Ingredients: Introduction:

Corn and bamboo shoots are just for decoration; they're optional as one type of vegetable might not be sufficient nutritionally. ❤️ About mirin: Store-bought products have more complex components, so we use light-flavored sake or apple vinegar instead. If you don't have sake, you can substitute with a non-heavy flavored alcohol. ❤️ About apple vinegar: When buying fruit vinegar, carefully check the ingredient labels; avoid those that contain salt and those produced by adding fruit juice to vinegar. If possible, use a good brand of brewed vinegar for better flavor during cooking and greater health benefits compared to 'drinking-grade' products.2. Quick method for softening onions: After sautéing the onions until fragrant, add some water and vinegar, cover, and cook over high heat to soften them. Although it won't have as good a texture as constant stirring, it's healthier for you and reduces smoke.3. This is the ginger water; I made about half a bowl of it. 4.
