How to Make Homemade Kimchi

I have always wanted to make this dish, and today I finally have the time, hahaha!

Ingredients Introduction
Chinese cabbage(1 piece),Apple(1 piece),Pear(1 piece),Ginger(1 block), Garlic(3 cloves), Salt ( ),Sticky rice flour
Homemade spicy pickled Chinese cabbage steps

1. Soak the cabbage in salt water for about 2 hours!

2. Glutinous rice flour cooked with water to a thick consistency

3. Chili powder is blanched with hot water

4. Blend the apple, pear, ginger, and garlic into a paste using a food processor!

5. After soaking, squeeze out as much water from the cabbage as possible; if it's too salty, rinse with fresh water, make sure to drain well!

6. Mix all these together to make the spicy sauce, ensuring each leaf is evenly coated, done!

7. Pack the finished product into a glass jar and let it sit for about 3 days before enjoying!
