Beef with Green and Red Bell Peppers

Beef(250g),Green bell pepper(50g),Red bell pepper(25g),Onion(30g), Italian herbs (5g), oyster sauce (5g)
Steps to make beef with green and red peppers

1. First, slice the beef, then marinate it in soy sauce.Ginger Add oyster sauce Cooking wineCornstarch for marinating 20 minutes; secondly, cut the green and red peppers and onion into small pieces. Heat a wok or large pan, add oil until it's about 80% hot, then fry the marinated beef until it's 80% cooked, remove it from the pan to set aside. Fourth, add a little more oil in the same pan, stir-fry the green and red peppers and onion quickly, add salt and oyster sauce and continue stir-frying. Add the beef back into the pan and stir-fry for a few seconds, then sprinkle some herb grains on top. Done.
