Steps for making home farm dishes:

1. Cut the yardlong beans into segments, blanch them and drain; cut the bitter gourd and loofah into slices.

2.Cajun beans Chop finely, cut the chili peppers into circles, heat the wok, add oil, put in the bean curd pieces, garlic paste, and chili pepper circles to stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add loofah, bitter gourd, and yardlong beans, stir-fry for a few more times.

4. Sprinkle table salt, sugar, and black pepper, mix well, pour in rice wine, continue to stir-fry until the slices are about 90% done before serving.
Tips:
All ingredients are home-grown, picked while tender; yardlong beans are harder to cook than loofah and bitter gourd, so pre-blanch them. Do not overcook after adding the ingredients.
