I am from Guangdong, and I love eating rice rolls very much.Because it is hard to find them in Chongqing, after moving here, I started making them myself by buying the ingredients.
Main ingredients
Intestine rice roll sheets 1 bowl 1 bowl of water
Side ingredients
Egg 1 piece Chopped green onion 2 pieces Coriander 1 piece Minced ginger 1 piece Sichuan peppers 3 pieces 4 spoons of blended oil
How to make rice rolls
1. Prepare chopped green onions, coriander, and minced ginger!

2. Mix in a 1:1 ratio; practice this several times for the final mixing.(The picture is for one serving)

3. Prepare utensils, eggs, oil, and a steaming dish!Prepare a steamer pot with water boiling! 4. Brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the dish, pour in batter and egg, adding meat if you like.

(Tip: The rice roll should be thin to taste good; don't put too much batter;you can make several attempts if needed

5. If the batter is little, it only takes about a minute to steam.

Judge according to how much batter you have added.
