How to Make Fried Chicken Drumsticks

1. Rinse the chicken wing roots, blanch them, then drain the water. Usually not blanched, directly marinate the raw wings. Originally intended to be cooked and eaten that night, but suddenly realized there was too much food to finish.

2. Use a fork to pierce some holes, let it cool slightly, then put it in a plastic bag.

3. Mix the seasonings (excluding old soy sauce) and pour them into the plastic bag with the chicken wings, rub evenly, and refrigerate overnight, flipping halfway.

4. Take out of the refrigerator, wrap with aluminum foil, place in oven middle rack, bake at 170 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
