How to Make Korean Fried Chicken

There are many ingredients and the process is quite complicated, but it tastes wonderful!!

Ingredients Introduction
Small chicken legs Black pepper(5 pieces), Milk (1 tablespoon), Butter (1 tablespoon), Ginger (a little bit), Egg yolk (1 piece), Onion (a little bit), Cornstarch Flour(90g), Garlic cloves (4 pieces),(120g),Honey(1 tablespoon), Water (3 tablespoons), Cooking oil (as needed),Sesame seeds Cooking oil (a little bit), Korean chili sauce (3 tablespoons),Tomato sauce(3 tablespoons), White sesame seeds (as needed)Steps for making Korean fried chicken 1. Place the small chicken legs, black pepper, milk, ginger, onion in a resealable bag and massage outside the bag to ensure the seasoning is evenly applied. Let it marinate for more than half an hour.
2. Mix cornstarch and flour evenly for later use

3. Coat the chicken legs with the mixture and fry them in hot oil in a deep pan for about 10 minutes.A deep pan is chosen because it uses less oil. 4. Finely chop the garlic cloves.

5. The chicken pieces are taken out after the first frying

6. Re-fry the chicken legs for another 5 minutes.7. Mix honey and water evenly.

8. Take the chicken legs out of the oil a second time.

9. Heat some cooking oil in a pan.

10. Sauté garlic in the hot but not too hot oil until done, be careful not to burn it.

11. Add tomato sauce, Korean chili sauce, and honey water, stir-fry evenly until boiling, be careful not to scorch the pot.

12. Put back the chicken legs, stir-fry so that each piece is evenly coated with the sauce.

13. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top before serving.

Tips

You can use more small chicken legs than specified, adjust the seasoning amount according to the quantity of chicken legs, keep other ingredients' amounts unchanged.

Pour the sauce over the chicken legs, stir-fry until well coated.

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds before serving, enjoy!
