How to Make Steamed Sea Bass

Fresh sea bass 1 piece
Side ingredients
5 tablespoons of vegetable oil Steamed 2 tablespoons of fish sauce Ginger 1 piece Scallions 2 stalks Coriander

For steaming the sea bassI usually place the white parts of scallions at the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking. Place ginger slices

Steam for 4 minutes, then take out and pour in the sauce. Place scallions and coriander on top.

Heat oil until smoking.Pour hot oil evenly over the fish.
