How to Make Lemon Garlic Riblets

Suitable for home cooking, simple garlic flavor.Ribs. Needs deep-frying; here it is done with less oil. The ribs just need to be pan-fried. Clean, hygienic and nutritious; personally tested and recommended. Give it a try!

Ingredients. Introduction.
Ribs (2 pounds), Green onion ( ),Ginger(6 slices), Garlic (5 cloves),Lemon(1 piece), Dried Chili pepper( ),Soy sauce( ), Cooking wine ( ), Cornstarch ( ),Egg yolk(2 pieces), Five-spice powder ( ), Salt ( )
Rib with Lemon and Garlic Filling Steps.

1. Rinse the ribs, add green onion leaves and ginger slices, blanch to remove fishy smell.

2. Drain the blanched ribs and set aside.

3. Add chopped green onions, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, five-spice powder, soy sauce, cooking wine, 2 egg yolks, marinate for about 30 minutes. Adjust seasonings to taste.

4. Coat the marinated ribs with a thin layer of cornstarch and pan-fry until golden brown, set aside.

5. Heat a pot, add cold oil and fry dried chili powder, chopped green onions, minced garlic until fragrant; then add the ribs and stir-fry. Add water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens.

6. Sprinkle with minced garlic before serving. Squeeze lemon juice over the ribs, slice the lemon for garnish.The finished dish looks like this. A tip: Use tenderloin ribs! Ribs should be chosen from the loin area!
