Prawn with Crispy Skin Recipe

Shrimp (500g),Egg(s) (2)(appropriate amount),Corn starch(appropriate amount), All-purpose flour(appropriate amount), Green onion(appropriate amount), soy sauce, oyster sauce (appropriate amount), salt (appropriate amount), water (appropriate amount)Shrimp Crispy in Oil method 1. Wash the shrimp and marinate with soy sauce,
Oyster sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt.

2. Mix corn starch, flour, egg, green onion, and an appropriate amount of water to form a batter as shown.Prepare for dipping and frying. 3. Heat the oil in a pot until hot, then add the battered shrimp and fry.

4. Fry until both sides are golden yellow before removing from heat.

5. Drain and serve.
