The method for steaming sole

1. Why is the photo not complete? First, clean a bream about 1 catty, correct the ingredient part, and prepare the accompanying ingredients.

2. Cut onions into short pieces, garlic into slices, ginger into strips, and onion into base pieces and some chopped pieces.

3. Rub salt on the fish to remove the mackerel smell, then season with salt before making incisions; it's better to make incisions after rubbing salt.

4. Stuff the inside of the fish with perilla leaves, garlic slices, ginger, and green onions.

5. Steam the fish. Pay attention to a few details to ensure fresher fish meat: place ingredients like scallions, ginger, garlic, onion, and perilla leaves on all sides, inside, and outside of the fish for full coverage. Add chopped green onion leaves and two pieces of perilla in the water of the steamer; this will increase the freshness when the steam is absorbed by the fish meat.

6. Steam time should be 7 minutes per catty, adding 42 seconds for each additional li (Chinese unit of weight); start timing from when steam starts coming out of the lid.

7. After removing the fish from the steamer, remove all the ingredients used to remove the mackerel smell; stir-fry onion pieces in a little oil, then add ginger, garlic, and green onions, followed by soy sauce; pour it over the fish immediately. Serve and enjoy
