How to Make Sliced Chili with Dried Small Fish

Small dried fish (200g), Hunan chili peppers (80g), garlic cloves (3 pieces), salt ( ),Light soy sauce( ), cooking oil ( )
Steps to make small dried fish with peppers

1. Wash the small fish, drain the water, and cut the Hunan chili peppers into small pieces. Finely chop the garlic.Pepper 2. Heat oil in a pan over low heat until the fish turns slightly golden; do not overcook as it will be tough if too long, nor undercooked if not enough.Soy sauce 3. Add the chopped chili peppers and garlic to the remaining oil in the pan, then add the fried fish and stir-fry briefly with a little salt.
Tips
Since the dried fish is already salty, just add a tiny bit of salt or none at all!
