How to Make Grilled Sole


Ingredients Introduction

Steamed Tilefish with Spices

1. Cut ginger and scallions into strips.

2.Red chili cut into small pieces.(For those who do not like spicy, you can skip this step)

3. Rinse the tilefish clean, then pour in cooking wine.

4. Sprinkle a little salt on it.

5. Rub both sides evenly with your hands.

6. Scatter ginger and scallion strips and red chili pieces.

7. Pour oyster sauce.

8. Add some Lemon juice to remove the fishy smell.

9. Rub it evenly again.

10. Marinate for one hour.(I marinated in the evening, covered with cling film and refrigerated; starting from the next morning until noon, fully absorbing the flavor)

11. Line a baking tray with foil, place the marinated fish inside, brush with a little cooking oil.

12.Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius ( ), bake for 25 minutes.(Adjust the time according to the size of the fish; my fish was large and took 25 minutes)13. Cut colorful bell peppers into small pieces.

14. About five minutes before the end, scatter the pepper and roasted sesame seeds on top, then continue baking.

Tips:
The recipe uses an ACA oven with a capacity of 38 liters.
Different ovens have different temperature settings, please adjust accordingly. Marinate the fish for a longer time to better absorb flavors. To avoid nutrient loss in bell peppers, bake them briefly and add them midway through. Marinate the fish longer for better flavor penetration. Roast the bell peppers for a shorter time to avoid nutrient loss, add them in the middle.
