How to Make Pumpkin Red Bean Meatballs

Pumpkin,Rice flour Glutinous rice flour, White sugar,Condensed milk Mung bean paste
Steps to make pumpkin mung bean paste dumplings

1. Cook the pumpkin until soft, mash it up, and mix in white sugar and condensed milk; stir well. My pumpkin wasn't peeled, I think the skin is nutritious and wouldn't be a pity to remove.

2. Add glutinous rice flour, mix into dough until non-sticky.

3. Knead into small balls, then shape them into round balls.

4. Press each ball by hand into a thin round disc.

5. Apply mung bean paste in portions.

6. Roll it back into a ball. If the dough is too sticky, add some white flour to roll again. Finished! Let it rest for a while to make it more crispy when fried.

7. Fry in oil at medium heat until golden brown; ensure the oil temperature doesn't rise by frying one batch at a time. It was so delicious... I forgot to take photos! Haha
