Steps for making steamed mud carp with rice noodles:

1. Wash the mud carp after slaughter with water;

2. Drain the water.

3. Place in a large bowl;

5. Mix evenly and place in a dish, then steam in a steamer;

6. Steam over high heat until steam rises, then switch to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes.
