How to Make Braised Pig Ribs


Ingredients Introduction
Rib bones(as needed),Mushrooms to personal preference (since I love them, I added more)
Stewed Ribs Preparation Steps
1. Boil the ribs and wash them clean; wash and tear the mushrooms into small pieces; slice the large onion, garlic, and ginger.Ginger Ginger

2. Heat oil in a pot, add the sliced onions, garlic, and ginger to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the ribs and stir-fry for a few minutes, followed by adding mushrooms and stir-frying until they soften and release their aroma.

3. Add sugar,soy sauce, old soy sauce, salt, and cooking wine; stir evenly.

4. Pour water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil over stove fire, then reduce heat and slowly simmer, occasionally stirring, until the sauce thickens. Note: Do not reduce too much, leaving some broth will taste better.
