Silver carp mountain yam and Chinese cabbage puree recipe

Silver carp is rich in calcium, high protein, and low fat. It is a fish suitable for babies with virtually no large bones, beneficial for boosting immunity!Ingredients introduction: 50g of silver carp (one meal's amount, extra if to be frozen),

100g of yam, a few leaves of green vegetable,
and an appropriate amount of water.Millet is added as a complementary food for 7-month-old babies: silver carp and yam and green vegetable puree plus millet.The steps are: 1. Cut the yam into small pieces, together with the chopped green vegetable leaves, and blend them in a food processor to make a puree.
2. The yam is quite sticky; it's prone to foam without added water.3. Pour the made yam and green vegetable puree into a saucepan, add an appropriate amount of water, heat on medium flame, and stir clockwise. 4. While heating the yam puree, place the cleaned silver carp in the food processor for steaming.

Steam

Until cooked.

5. After steaming the silver carp, strain it with a food mesh to make fish paste.

6. Add the fish paste into the saucepan containing the stirred yam and green vegetable puree; continue stirring until well mixed. Turn off the heat.7. Add two tablespoons of sesame oil for flavor enhancement, and then add two more tablespoons of millet. A portion of nutritious puree is ready! Tips:

The finished product tastes quite sweet and fresh. The first time adding fish meat might have a slight fishy smell; if your baby doesn't accept it, you can reduce the amount.
