Melin Collared MeatCanned Goods,Green Vegetables(Choose your favorite),Bean Curd Strips, Frozen Tofu, Salt,Chicken Essence, Garlic Paste
How to cook Collared Meat, Tofu, and Bean Curd Strips

1. This is the type of canned goods; they are available in supermarkets.

2. In a pot, add oil, then place Cloves,Kaffir Lime Seeds,Ginger Strips, stir-fry until fragrant and remove the cloves, Kaffir lime seeds, and ginger strips before adding water.

3. After the water boils, pour in the broth from the canned goods into the pot to cook the frozen tofu.

4. Cook the frozen tofu until it is soft; then add the soaked bean curd strips, green vegetables, and collared meat. Add salt, chicken essence, and garlic paste when the bean curd strips are cooked. It's ready to serve now~
