How to Make Stir-Fried Clam in Soy Sauce

Clam (1 catty),Chili(1 piece), red Radish(half a piece),Ginger(as needed), garlic paste (as needed),Peanuts Oil, oyster sauce (as needed), salt,Sugar,Cornstarch(as needed), water (half a bowl)
Steps for making Sautéed Clams in Sauce

1. Clean the clams with fresh water and then soak them in salty water for about an hour to remove sand, rinse multiple times afterward, and drain before use.

2. Chop the garlic into small pieces, slice the ginger, and cut the chili into slices,Red radish cut into threads for later use.

3. Fry the garlic and ginger in peanut oil briefly.

4. Add the clams to the pot and stir-fry them.

5. Season with salt, oyster sauce, and a little sugar. Then add the red radish slices and chili slices, cover the pot for 2 minutes or so while stirring occasionally.

6. Mix an appropriate amount of cornstarch with water to form a slurry Cornstarch Add half a bowl of water and mix well.

7. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the pot until it boils, then stir-fry evenly.
