How to Make Bacon Mushroom Caps

Pork belly(12 slices),Mushrooms(200g), salt (5g),Black pepper grinder (1g)
How to make bacon and mushrooms

1. Cut pork belly in half, one piece can be two. Wash shiitake mushrooms thoroughly and squeeze out as much water as possible. Divide mushrooms into small portions and wrap them with bacon, secure with toothpicks for later use.

2. Non-stick pan Add oil

3. Place bacon and mushroom rolls in the pan.

4. Cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown. About 7 to 8 minutes. Gently sprinkle a little salt while cooking (skip if light on taste).

5. Remove from heat, plate and add a dash of black pepper for flavor.
