How to Make Bell Pepper Stir-fried with Portobello Mushrooms

Steps for stir-frying mushrooms with peppers

1. Ingredients: sliced shiitake mushrooms, sliced onion, sliced green and red bell peppers, chopped scallions and garlic

2. Blanch the shiitake mushrooms

3. Drain the water and place them in a plate to set aside.

4. Heat the wok with oil, sauté the chopped scallions and garlic until fragrant

5. Add the shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry until they are fragrant and soft

6. Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and stir thoroughly

7. Add the green and red bell peppers and onions, stir-fry until they are soft

8. Season with an appropriate amount of salt, done.
