2. Cut the dates into small pieces, leave the dried grapes whole for better texture

3. Work on the dough, knead until smooth then roll out into a 0.5cm thick sheet

4. Evenly sprinkle with the dates and dried grapes, you can also add a little bit of red sugar if desired, then roll it up from one end to form a cylindrical shape, cut it into appropriate sizes (usually I cut it in half right down the middle)

5. Steam for 20 minutes over high heat, turn off and wait another 3 minutes before taking out
