How to Make Egg Hugging Dumplings

Newly learned, and the daughter loves it.Pork dumplings were made with added eggs for extra nutrition.

Prepare the ingredients. 10. Mix flour with water and knead until smooth, let it rest for 20 minutes.

carrot finely. I made two fillings, using carrots as my daughter doesn't eat bell peppers.12. Finely chop scallions and red pepper, beat eggs in a bowl. 13. Mix seasonings: scallions, ginger, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice oil, Sichuan pepper powder, salt, chicken essence together with meat filling until well combined and firm. Add vegetable oil and mix again.14. Add chopped bell peppers or carrots to the mixture and stir evenly.15. Knead dough into uniform small pieces, flatten them out, then roll into dumpling wrappers. 16. Form into dumplings.

17. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, arrange dumplings, fry until the bottom is set.

18. Pour water halfway covering the dumplings, cover and cook until most of the water has evaporated.

19. Lower heat, pour beaten eggs into the pan, sprinkle with scallions and black sesame seeds.

20. Add diced red pepper, let the eggs fully cook before serving.
