How to make double-layered sauce without frying the eggplant
1. Cut the eggplant in half (to a depth of 1/2).Pepper Cut into two segments, remove the seeds.

2. Slice the meat and add onion and one piece of ginger finely chopped! Alternatively, you can have minced meat when buying!

3. Chop the onion and ginger together!

4. Put the meat in a bowl and add a little salt (refer to image)!

5. Refer to the image for how much; it's okay if more or less!

6. I prefer Haitian, but you can choose any brand! A tablespoon, more or less is fine! A tablespoon of oil, also doesn't matter whether more or less!

7. Use a fork to press the meat into the eggplant!

9. Stuff the peppers with the meat as well!

10. Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil in the pan and stir-fry the onion, ginger, and garlic!

11. Slightly sprinkle some five spice powder!

12. Stir-fry the soysauce for 2 tablespoons!

13. After stir-frying the soysauce, add the eggplant and peppers directly with water; don't immerse them.

14. Cook on low heat until the eggplant is soft, then switch to high heat to thicken the sauce!

15. Once the sauce has reduced, gently stir the ingredients to avoid burning at the bottom!
