Steps to cook sea salt roasted shrimp:

Prepare the materials.

Thread the prawns through with clean bamboo skewers.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper, sprinkle with large grain sea salt, and place the threaded prawns on top of the salt.

Sprinkle black pepper crumbs or black pepper powder is fine too.

Sprinkle more sea salt over the shrimp to cover them completely.

Place in the middle layer of the oven, bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.

After baking,

take out the prawns

and gently tap off the surface salt.
