Steps for Making Green Bean Pods

Rinse the green beans in clean water for 2 minutes, changing the water twice (to ensure they remain bright green).Bean pods should be green, not yellow, looking better this way)...

4. Add chili, ginger, and garlic to fry until fragrant, then add soy sauce and stir-fry briefly before serving. You can also eat them raw like this, or for a more flavorful option, use chili, white onion slices, ginger, vegetable oil to fry, then add soy sauce and stir-fry.
