How to make yellow braised chicken

1. Prepare ingredients: wash chicken thighs, cut into pieces; wash scallions, ginger, and garlic, slice ginger and garlic, chop scallions; wash hot chili peppers, cut into small segments; cut dry chili peppers into small segments  Green and red chili peppers cut into rolled dice, wash mushrooms, cut into slices; boil a pot of water.

3. Boil over high heat after turning to medium-high heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat.Watch out not to burn the sauce by checking occasionally. After 20 minutes, add ingredients from dish 3: green and red chili peppers, mushrooms. Add black pepper powder and salt to season; stir evenly before covering again and continuing to simmer. Cook for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through, then turn off the heat and serve. Add pepper and salt to season, stir evenly, then continue cooking with the lid on.
