Steps to Make Fried Stinky Tofu

1. Cut the tofu into pieces and crush the stinky tofu. Add water and a little salt for marinating for 24 hours.

2. Remove the marinated tofu, drain the excess water, and fry it until golden yellow in oil.

3. In a pot, add a bit of oil, then sauté the chopped garlic and spring onions over low heat to release their fragrance. Mix: take a large bowl and add a small amount of salt, chicken essence, half spoon of soy sauce, half spoon of oyster sauce, a little black pepper powder, a pinch of Sichuan pepper powder, stir well with water, pour it into the frying pan, bring to a boil, then add cumin powder and water starch.
