How to Make Nutritious Fried Rice

On Saturday, I went home with my mom, and by the time we got there, it was already mealtime.Without enough time to prepare a special dish for the baby, I made fried rice. But to ensure adequate nutrition, Mom had to think hard, hahaha. The baby didn't even have time to take a picture before eating and praised the food as delicious, hahaha, what flatterer!
Main ingredients

1. Cut the meat into pieces and then finely chop it. PS Our baby will spit out big chunks of meat, so it must be finely chopped.

2. Wash the radicchio and cut it into small pieces. PS Mom grows her own radicchio, which is supposedly very nutritious.

3. Beat the egg and add a little salt; stir-fry until it's tender, then set aside in a bowl.

4. Add a little cooking oil to the pot and stir-fry the meat pieces until they change color.

5. Add the radicchio pieces and stir-fry until they release moisture.

6. Add rice and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add eggs and a little salt, then stir-fry evenly.

8. Finally, reduce heat and add 3 spoons of old duck soup, then stir and serve.

Cooking tips
1. Fried rice is usually dry, so adding three spoons of old duck soup can not only increase the flavor but also keep the rice moist, which is better for a child's stomach.2. Sprout greens are said to have much higher nutrition than regular vegetables; if you have a baby, you can grow some in your home garden. They require little care other than watering and can be harvested in about 5-7 days.
