Delicious Homemade Jinjiang Meat Slices Simple, Tasty, and Nutritious

Beijing-style Shredded Pork Over time, this dish has evolved into many variations. Today, I'm sharing my family's recipe for Beijing-style shredded pork, which is simple, delicious, and more nutritious than traditional versions.

Ingredients:
Pork loin 150g of pork, dried Tofu 50g Eggs 2, 1 bunch of scallions, "Sure You" (presumably a brand name)Chili sauce 1 tablespoon of chili sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
Preparation:
1. Cut the dried tofu into cubes and blanch in boiling water until softened, then set aside. Chop the scallions.
2. Shred the pork loin and mix with 1 egg white. Set aside the remaining chicken egg yolk and another egg in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of "Sure You"chili sauce. Mix and set aside.
Instructions:
1. Heat a wok over medium heat. Add oil and stir-fry the egg mixture until cooked. Add the scallion segments and blanched tofu, and arrange in a serving dish.
2. Heat a wok over medium heat. Add a little more oil and stir-fry the shredded pork until cooked through. Set aside.
3. Clean the wok and dry it. Add a little oil and stir-fry 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and a small amount of water until fragrant. Add the cooked shredded pork and stir-fry until well combined. Transfer to a serving dish.
