People in Chongqing love eating kimchi, and many vegetables can be used to make it. There are no strict rules or methods, just as long as it tastes good. Kimchi also holds a high position in Chongqing cuisine, being one of the "three wonders" of Chongqing (hot pot, small noodles, and kimchi). Almost every housewife makes it.There are many ways to eat kimchi: in porridge,
or steamed buns, but the most popular is the fresh, crunchy kimchi, which has a unique flavor. Therefore, most families have several kimchi jars. Throughout the year, different vegetables are added to the jars to make kimchi. Some friends say that making Chongqing kimchi is difficult and requires many steps.
