The common home cooking method for shrimp powder

I recently bought a bag of dried shrimp and used some to cook soup or other dishes. There's still a lot left, and I want to use it up quickly. Making shrimp powder is the best option. Everyone knows that dried shrimp is a good source of calcium, but people don't eat a lot of it. Most people use dried shrimp in soups or as a filling for buns or dumplings. If I make shrimp powder, it would be even more versatile. Shrimp powder is flavorful and can be used as a substitute for MSG or chicken powder in soups and other dishes, for both adults and children. It can also be added to porridge to enhance the flavor.Making shrimp powder is simple. There are two ways to dry the shrimp: using an oven or a frying pan. After drying, you can grind it into powder using a food processor. Store the powder in an airtight container for easy access.I've taken pictures and provided instructions for both drying methods. Please see below for the specific instructions! Ingredients:
Main ingredients:Dried shrimp 280g, frying pan, oven, food processor Instructions:1. Rinse the dried shrimp several times in water to remove any saltiness and to clean the shrimp.
2. Pick out any remaining debris and excess water from the cleaned shrimp. 3. You can choose one of two methods: either bake in the oven at low heat for a longer time, or fry in a frying pan over low heat for a shorter time. I will describe the steps for both methods below.
Method 1: Frying Pan Heat the frying pan over medium heat, then add the shrimp and fry until dry.
4. Use a heavy-bottomed iron pan for best results. This will take about 10 minutes.

However, be aware that the shrimp may float during frying.

5. Method 2: Baking in the Oven

Place the cleaned shrimp on a baking sheet and spread them out. Place the baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven at 130 degrees Celsius for 20-40 minutes. The exact time will depend on the humidity of the shrimp.(The time and temperature are just a reference, as ovens vary.)7. The dried shrimp will be very dry. When you pinch them, they will turn into powder. 8. No matter which method you use to dry the shrimp, you will eventually need to grind it into powder using a food processor. Here are the instructions for grinding:

Because the shrimp is easy to break, and the quantity is small, I used myblender

to grind the shrimp powder.

Place the dried shrimp in the blender, close the lid, and assemble.(Important: When making shrimp powder with any blender, make sure to dry the inside of the blender thoroughly to prevent water from getting in.)

9. Turn on the blender and press the button for less than a minute. The shrimp will turn into powder.

10. Open the lid and check. It looks good, right? If there are any pieces that haven't broken, just put them back in the blender and grind them again.11. The finished shrimp powder is very fine. You can strain it through a fine-mesh sieve or not.Making your own shrimp powder gives you more peace of mind. You can add it to soups or other dishes to enhance the flavor. When drinking porridge, if you find it bland, you can add a spoonful of shrimp powder and mix it in. It will be flavorful and nutritious. Tip: Dried shrimp is very nutritious. 100 grams of dried shrimp contains39.3 grams of protein, which is more than many other types of seafood and meat products.(Please note: Regardless of the food processor used to make shrimp powder, make sure to thoroughly dry the inside of the food processor bowl and avoid any water.)

9. Turn on the power, press the button, and within less than a minute, the shrimp skin will turn into shrimp powder.
