Mix the vegetable oil, sesame powder, and white sugar, and stir until it forms a black sesame filling;4. Glutinous Rice Flour, add water and knead into a dough, then cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while;5. Divide the dough and black sesame filling into small portions, and wrap each portion with filling. Tips
Wrap the tangyuan in a container, and preferably cover with plastic wrap or a lid, to prevent the tangyuan from drying out.
Wash black sesame, drain and fry until fragrant, then press into a powder.
Mix pork fat, fish, sesame powder, and add white sugar, stir until a black sesame filling is formed.
