Shiitake mushrooms Pork belly, green beans Corn,,and radish,onion, Chinese parsley, sesame oil,white sugar vinegar, chicken broth, soy sauce, green onion, ginger, rice wine,doubanjiang and dried chili peppers, and water starch.Method Steps 1, cut Chiaye tofu into pieces, then fry it in oil until it's golden on both sides, and set aside; 2, in a small bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chicken broth, green onion, ginger, rice wine, and a little water to make a sauce and set aside;
3, cut shiitake mushrooms into pieces, onion into pieces, and Chinese parsley into small segments, and cut pork belly into pieces;
4, heat oil in a wok, then sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, then add pork belly to fry;
5, then add pork belly to stir-fry until it changes color, then add shiitake mushrooms,
radish
