Method for Making Gold Coin Wontons

Ingredients Preparation
Wonton wrappers and filling.
Steps
1 Place a wonton wrapper on the palm of your hand. Use chopsticks to place a small amount of meat filling in the center of the wrapper, slightly lower down.
2 Roll one side of the wrapper upwards, stopping at about 1/2 of the wrapper.
3 Roll it inwards again, stopping at 3/4 of the wrapper.
4 Fold the two corners of the wrapper together and pinch firmly.
Method for Making Gold Coin Wontons (Second)

Ingredients
Wonton wrappers and meat filling.
Steps
1 Lightly moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, then place the meat filling in the center;
2 Fold the wonton wrapper in half lengthwise, pinching the edges firmly;
3 Fold the two corners of the wrapper together and pinch firmly.

Ingredients
Wonton wrappers and filling.
Steps
1 Place a small amount of filling in the center of the wonton wrapper;
2 Fold the wonton wrapper in half to form a triangle, pinching the corners;
3 Lightly moisten one of the long edges, then fold the two corners together and press firmly.
