Pan-fried steamed buns, combined with your favorite vegetables or other ingredients, create a unique flavor.

Pan-fried steamed buns

Ingredients Preparation
Corn Steamed buns Ham Sausage, carrots Radishes,Eggs,Garlic chives Salt,Pepper.
Method steps
1. Cut the corn steamed buns into small pieces for later use;
2. Put the eggs in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt and beat them, then pour them into the steamed bun pieces and stir until smooth;
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, heat until 60% hot, then pour in the steamed bun pieces and fry until golden brown, then remove;
4. Place the fried steamed bun pieces on kitchen paper to absorb oil;
5. Add a little oil to the pot, add ham sausage and carrots cut into small pieces, stir-fry, then add garlic chives;
6. Add the fried steamed buns and stir-fry, then add salt and pepper until evenly mixed.
Homemade pan-fried steamed buns

Ingredient preparation
One steamed bun Garlic sprouts 4 pieces, one egg Red bell pepper One, a piece of green onion, one spoon of salt, one spoon of thirteen spices.
Method steps
1. Cut the steamed buns into small pieces, and cut the garlic sprouts into pieces about 1 cm long;
2. Cut the red bell pepper into small pieces, and cut the green onion into slices. Then, heat oil in a pan and sauté;
3. After sautéing, pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for one minute, then pour in the steamed bun pieces and the beaten eggs;
4. After mixing, add thirteen spices and salt and stir until even, then turn off the heat.
Vegetable pan-fried steamed buns

Ingredient preparation
