How to make codfish with fermented bean curd

If you don't have fermented bean curd, then you don't have it. Go to the supermarket and you'll find Lao Gan Ma.
Ingredients preparation
Codfish 400g,Lean pork 100g, 100g of two-pronged chili peppers, fresh Ginger Garlic, green onion, Lao Gan Ma fermented bean curd Soy sauce Maggi seasoning, rice wine,White sugar,Peppercorns Powder,Black pepper Starch,MSG Cooking oil.
Method steps
1. After thawing the codfish, remove the scales and cut into about 2cm cubes, drain the water, and cut the pork into small pieces,Cucumber Cut into small pieces and add salt to soak;
2. In a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of Lao Gan Ma fermented bean curd, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Maggi seasoning, and 1/2 tablespoon of white sugar to make a sauce;
