When the lamb turns white, add the green onions and stir-fry evenly.
Finally, add soy sauce, sugar and salt and stir-fry evenly.
Cumin Lamb Recipe

Ingredients
200g lamb, 10g cumin,soy sauce, 15ml cooking wine, 5g sugar, salt,onion, 1, egg white, 2 scallions. Method
1. First, cut the lamb into thin slices and rinse with water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Add egg white and cooking wine to the lamb and marinate for 20 minutes. Chop scallions into scallion segments and onions into thin slices.
