2. Place the cut chicken feet in a pot, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through. Remove and cool under cold water, then rinse to remove any oil.
3. In a pot, add all the spices, pour in boiling water, add fried Sichuan pepper, salt, and chicken stock. Simmer for 10 minutes, then allow to cool. Pour the mixture into a container.4.
