Method
1. Mix a little hot water with fermented soybean paste, wash and set aside the pork belly;
2. Heat up Sichuan peppercorns and star anise, then add 5 cups of water and cook the pork belly for 20 minutes, then remove and drain;
3. Place vinegar in a dish, place the pork belly skin-side down and soak for 20 minutes, then brush with old soy sauce;Honey and deep-fry until the pork skin turns golden, remove and cut into slices;
