Li Zhuang Bai Rou

Li Zhuang White Meat is Garlic and White Meat, which is different from ordinary garlic and white meat. Li Zhuang white meat is more casual in terms of ingredients, knife work, temperature, and seasonings, especially the ability to cut a large piece of white meat into thin slices like a cicada's wing. It is said that a skilled knife-cutter can cut 2 pounds of white meat into more than 50 slices. Roughly, each slice is about 20 grams. You may not be impressed by this knife work, but when you see the large slices of Li Zhuang white meat, you will admire their knife work.
