Preparation of abalone mushrooms

Dried abalone Also known as Taiwan Shiitake mushrooms, a kind of mushroom with thick meat and high protein content. The method of making abalone mushrooms is not much different from other flat mushroom varieties. It can be stir-fried, made into soup, fried, grilled, and so on.

Method steps
1, heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, add ginger slices to stir-fry, after turning yellow, add abalone mushrooms;
2, then add abalone mushrooms, old ginger, sesame oil, chili, green onion, rock sugar, garlic,Hot pot ingredients, season with soy sauce;
3, pour in rice wine and cover and cook until the sauce is thickened and out of the pot.

Ingredients
1/2 abalone mushroom,Beef 150 grams, green onion, ginger, garlic,Bell peppers 15 grams, salt 10 grams, oyster sauce 15 grams, chicken powder 10 grams, old soy sauce 5 grams,White sugar 5 grams, cooking wine 10 grams, cornstarch 10 grams.
Method steps
1, wash the abalone mushroom, cut into slices, then cut into strips and diced, beef into diced;
2, chop green onion, ginger, garlic, bell pepper into diced, add beef into the meat to mix with salt, cooking wine and cornstarch for 10 minutes;
3, heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, after heating, add abalone mushroom, bell pepper to stir-fry;
4, in the remaining oil, add the beef to stir-fry, add oyster sauce, green onion and garlic to fragrant;

1, add pepper, water and salt to flour and mix until there are no particles;
2, wash the abalone mushroom and wrap in batter;3, heat oil in a pot, add batter-wrapped abalone mushroom, fry until golden, and remove from the pot to filter oil. Slice and set aside;
2. Blanch and set aside the scallops and carrots. Heat a small amount of oil in a clean pan, then sauté the ginger.
3. Add the meat slices and stir-fry until browned, then add the scallops and carrots. Stir-fry until cooked, then add the celery and stir-fry until well combined.
4. Season with salt and stir-fry until cooked through.
Scallop Mushroom Recipe: Deep-fried Scallop Mushrooms

Ingredients

Method Steps
1. Mix flour, black pepper, water, and salt until smooth.
2. Wash and dry the scallop mushrooms, then coat them in the batter.
3. Heat oil in a pan, then add the coated scallop mushrooms and fry until golden brown. Remove from pan and drain off the oil.
