Method steps

3. After rolling into balls, cover with film and let rest for 15 minutes, cut the sausage into appropriate sizes;
4. Roll out the small dough into long strips and wrap around the sausage, sealing the ends;
5. Place in a baking pan, let rise to 1.5 times its size, brush with egg liquid, and place in a preheated Oven Middle layer;
6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
