Ingredients Main ingredients:500g flour, 300g beef filling, 150g large onion, 20g ginger,3g yeast powder, oil as needed, salt as needed, aged soy sauce as needed, 20g Sichuan pepper water as needed Water as needed
Steps

1. Mix the yeast with water and combine it with flour to form a dough. Let it ferment for about 2 hours until it becomes honeycomb-like.

2. Mix beef filling with Sichuan pepper water, add gradually. Then season with salt and aged soy sauce.

3. Chop the onion and ginger finely.

4. Add the seasoned beef filling.

5. Add peanuts and mix well.The filling is ready. 6. Knead the fermented dough, cut it into small portions.

7. Flatten them and roll out into circular wrappers.

8. Place beef filling in each wrapper.

9. Fold by pinching along one side.

10. The dumplings are done.

11. After shaping the dumplings, cover them with cling film or a damp cloth for secondary fermentation for about 30 minutes.
