Main ingredient:wheatflour 55g, 5g flour, 20g brown sugar, 1 gram yeast powder
Steps

1. Add yeast powder to the flour and mix with warm water until a smooth dough forms.

2. Allow it to rise to double its size.

3. Prepare the filling by mixing the brown sugar and flour together.

4. Deflate the risen dough, divide it into several portions.

5. Roll each portion out.

6. Place the brown sugar on them.

7. Shape them like buns.

8. Fold them and place with the seam facing down,rolling them into a pancake shape

9. Place the dough cakes in the pan (without oil).
