8. Let it cool down after grilling.

9. Trim the edges to make two equal halves for easier cutting into strips.

10. Stack the halves and cut diagonally.

11. Heat the pan with oil, add red pepper and onion strips.

12. Stir-fry until they are soft.

13. Add the pancake strips, stir-fry quickly over high heat.

14. Season with salt, MSG, and soy sauce.

15. Stir-fry evenly to combine all ingredients well.

16. Serve immediately.
