4.

The sugar paste used here is minimal; extra can be made in advance, refrigerated to preserve for 3-5 days.

Sugar paste preparation: 5 grams of egg white powder mixed with about 20 grams of water,

then add 80 grams of powdered sugar and whip until a thick consistency;add water gradually based on the mixture's state.

Without egg white powder, fresh egg whites can be used; use half an egg white equivalent plus sugar to achieve the desired result;

5. If red sugar balls are available, use them directly as little red noses.

There's no need to whip the butter until it becomes fluffy; just beat it smoothly.

Using a food storage bag instead of cling wrap is better, as it can be washed and reused, making it convenient for rolling out dough or shaping cookies.

The baking time should be adjusted according to the characteristics and size of your cookies and your oven.

4.|The amount of icing here is very small; you can make extra in case you need more later. Cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator, which can last for three to five days. Icing preparation: 5 grams egg white sifted powder mixed with about 20 grams of water, then add approximately 80 grams of powdered sugar and beat until it forms a paste;Do not add all the water at once; adjust according to the mixture's condition. If you don't have egg white powder, fresh egg whites can be used. Beat half an egg white with the sugar powder until satisfied.

5. If you have red sugar granules or candies, you can directly apply some icing and stick them onto the cookies as decorations.
